Profile Description

In my current work I do all the paperworks, such as filling all paper stuff like receipts and also I encode all details in the computer. I am also the one who did the pricing of our goods, encode it in the database program one by one and later download the price from the computer which have the program to the electronic cash register so that proper pricing can be scan trough the scanner. I am working at a grocery, as a secretary but I did all the computer works such as the inventory system. In which all the deliveries from a certain company, shall be encoded in excel and do all the stock in and stock out. Also I am the one who transmits data in the r3 program of the sss. Record all the contribution of the employees and save it in the flash disk, bring it to the sss branch for proper documentation. And lastly, I am also the one who records all the payment of the grocery for the b.i.r purposes. Encode the sales and purchases through their database program and later burn it in a blank cd and pass at the b.i.r office for downloading.
I can also do all the excel and google docs.
