Profile Description

My name is Ellonah Jean Varela and I have been in the BPO industry for 7 years now. I have been a customer service and technical support representative for 5 years, I was promoted as a Team Leader Apprentice on my 4th year but the account closed and I had to transfer to a different company. I became a Business Process Head for a year, we created software that converts benefits to points for our clients and I was able to handle a separate team who focuses on customer service and product specifics. I was also promoted as a Product Trainer and been able to handle a training class of 20 newbies. At the moment, I am working as Marketing Associate and also a writer. I have published one of my books just recently though I has not reached the market yet.
