I was a former Technical Support Associate of Dell International Services Philippines. My experience with Dell gave me the opportunity to work with Windows servers, although, most of the time, I am working with software related issues such as virus removal, windows update issues, internet connectivity problems and the like. I was exposed to client-server issues due to Windows version compatibility, password related issues, and network connectivity problems.
