I am currently working as a customer service representative for an Australian Telecommunications company. I part of the team handling escalated customer complaints. I've been working for the company for more than a year now. I'm looking for a job that would help me grow as an individual. Honestly, if given a chance, this will be my first time to work as a virtual assistant but I am more than willing to be trained and learn the ins and outs of the said position.
