I am into Real Estate selling since 1996.
I also love building and forming my own sales team which will help me achieve my sales goal easily. Being organized and ahead to all of our activities and schedules makes a lot of difference to our rival.
My job is also to lead my group towards realization of our sales target monthly. To do this, I do product knowledge training and ensure customer satisfaction by doing personal interview before documentation.
One of the biggest factor why I am still here in this business is because of my network that produce referrals. They know how I work. I may say that when it comes to real estate matter, most of my friends preferred to call me as their consultant that later on resulted to a sale.
Real Estate selling is really enjoyable yet a rewarding job for me. There is no income ceiling for those who wants to earn much because people continuously look for shelter as one of the basic needs of man. Your job now is to look for those person and give their wants and needs and that is how your successful earnings begins.
