I have worked at a Call Center as a Customer Service Representative for a year and also have experience as an English Tutor for Japanese and Korean Students. These jobs entailed me to work over the phone, and so I have some training with call handling.
Needless to say, I am fluent in speaking in English. Aside from that, I have good written communication skills and I am computer literate. I majored in Philosophy and minored in Literature in college at the University of the Philippines Diliman. During college, I was the Vice President for Internal affairs in a Philosophical organization in which I have acquired good leadership abilities and project implementation and monitoring skills. These have served me well when I took on a job as an HR/Admin Assistant since there was no one to train me. I have good interpersonal skills.
