I started working in the BPO industry 2007 as a Customer service representative for a Capital One credit cards. From their I utilized my acquired skills, communication, phone handling wise and continued my career while improving my sales skills unto new BPO companies. DirectTV and XMradio to name a couple of projects where I was involved to Upselling.
I am currently working as freelance Sales and Marketing agent for local web developers whose preferred clients are small to medium businesses in the US. I generate my own leads from available on-line business listings and directories and performs cold calling as first contact for the prospective clients.
I come-up with my own game plan and sales strategies to close deals for my local programmers and act as their frontliners during the course of each project.
I am definitely confident that I will be the perfect person for this Job Title, specially with the opportunity to work on the own comfort of my house where my greatest motivations are always just a supervisions away!
