Profile Description

I’ve been a part of the BPO Industry for a year and 3 months only,
but those times working in a contact center gives me a very good experiences in telephone handling and providing a good customer satisfaction and a
wow factor for customers. Most of my work experiences is engaged in giving a good customer support .
I received formal training of the English language not only from school but also from workplace training
and seminars. I was also a contract base English teacher in TESDA where I teach professional individuals for the preparation in their respective professional examination. I’m trainable and a hard working person. This may be the first time to be part of the online jobs but Ill make sure that I will be an asset in the company by doing extra mile not only for the company but also for the customers. I’m willing to undergo training so that I may be able to familiarize the tools and system
that will be using in the job. I know CRM, photoshop, excel, power point, AUTOCAD, word, outlook pretty well.
Currently, I'm familirizing the wordpress. I have my own computer and stable internet connection. i can type atleast 40 wpm. I’m a fast learner and I always make sure that I always meet the deadlines. I can also work with less supervision, I can do a detailed report .Lastly, I’m looking for a long term job and
