support. 

Provides functional and technical help to less experienced employees on occasion, such as:
- technical assistance with computers
>resolve issues with internet services such as connection, email, and surfing
>installation and reinstallation of hardware, software, and operating systems
>upgrades and downgrades to cable TV, cable internet, and digital phone services

Oversees and coordinates with the quick-response customer support team, and communicates with clients (over the phone) to troubleshoot, analyze, and diagnose more complex issues, as well as enlist appropriate technical resources to resolve client issues.

Provides rapid and competent Help Desk service under minimum supervision by quickly processing and prioritizing problems.
