Hi! Good day! I've been in the call center industry for a
year. I've been with AEGIS- People Support one of the largest BPO company here in the Philippines. I handled Hotel Reservations account, specifically for Hilton hotels, that's why I don't have any difficulties talking to different kinds of people specially the irate ones. I book, modify, cancel reservations of the guest and answer their inquiries as well. It's a mix of both customer service and sales account because conversion is one of the requirements for our metrics. I take in calls for more than 3 months and got promoted on the 4th month as an Operations Interviewer. One thing I can assure you is I'm very flexible in terms with the schedule and in terms with the responsibilities. Because, way back when I was still in AEGIS, they taught me how to do 2 responsibilities at the same time. Conducting interviews on the 1st 4 hours of the shift and taking in calls on the 2nd half. I even do some admin works while taking in calls, sending
interview reports via e-mails to my colleagues and managers. I can also work in a minimal supervision which I can just take simple instructions to do some task. People can see me as a team player, I'm also the type of person that you can count on and give my full cooperation at all times. Hope to hear from you soon!
