Profile Description

I graduated from the University of the Philippines with a double major in Sociology and Psychology. I have worked as a Human Resources Practitioner under Learning and Knowledge department in IBM Business Services for 2 years. During these 2 years I have provided assistance to IBM event managers in the Americas. I have done of a lot of costing, drafting of event invitations, phone/email transactions with both internal and external vendors, and event management and customer service in general. I know MS Word, Excel, Lotus Symphony and Adobe Photoshop pretty well. After IBM, I worked in Citibank N.A. as a Sales Officer and Account Officer for 2 years. I dealt with people, numbers and sales targets which greatly improved my customer service, problem solving, and time management skills.
I am passionate, self-motivated and I'm a fast learner. I am confident that I'll be a valuable employee and I'll be able to help you build your company.
