Profile Description

By education, I am an accountant. I graduated with a degree in BSAccountancy. This makes me well acquainted with business languages, financial statements and the likes. I worked as an accountant for more than a year (2005-2007) after my schooling.
Mainly because of financial reasons, I switched to the BPO industry on June 2007. Since then there was no looking back, My experiences were broadened in different industries : sales, customer service, collections, banking, taxation, technical support, fraud prevention, among others. I have handled different channels : inbound, outbound, chat/non-voice. I was introduced to different markets and exposed to interesting cultures of the United States, the United Kingdom and a little bit of Canada.
Not only were my communication skills honed to proficiency, I also developed skills in tools management, computer navigation and team camaraderie.
