Profile Description

I wasn't able to practice the course that I took up in college and ended up working as a bank teller for 14 years in Saudi Arabia,but
I had the chance to hone my writing and computer skills when I decided to go back to school and take up another college course via Open University system.
When I became a distance learner, I was forced to learn and update my computer skills to be able to cope up with the demands needed as a virtual student. Although not an expert and lacks practice, I have some knowledge in HTML, CSS, photoshop, MS office and open source applications. My 3 years as a distance learner also taught me how to do things with very minimal supervision and how to use my time wisely. Most of my projects in the distance learning focuses on writing research papers and applying different computer applications to create multimedia applications such as mash up videos, infomercials and other projects related to multimedia. I can handle pressure and can work with minimal supervision and can also juggle time between work and personal affairs.
