Profile Description

I graduated from the University of the Philippines Mindanao in 2011 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts of English major in Creative Writing, Cum Laude and Best Thesis Award. I am a freelance content writer and virtual assistant. I have worked for several clients for more than a year now. I have been a Technical Support Representative in Local Business Processing Outsource Companies in Davao City for several accounts for Webhosting, Harware and Network troubleshooting accounts. And I have also an experience in news monitoring, transcribing and translating in my job for an international mining company through their office in General Santos City. I am confident that I have a good grasp of the language and how business process outsourcing and offsourcing works as I am familiar with the nature of the job. I am willing to work on flexible schedules and is very much comfortable with output based online projects.
