* Two years experience working in GCC country (Saudi Arabia) in construction and Industrial and oil Refinery Industry.
* Two years experience in building construction and infrastructure (Philippines)
* Familiar in Quality control works especially Inspection Notification with corresponding standards e.g. Saudi Aramco Standards.
* Can manage the site adequately and meet the deadlines.
* Have initiative to execute the project.
* Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work related issues
* Strong Management and communication.
* Demonstrates a determination, desire to succeed and a wish to progress and develop within a commercial role.
* Experience in functional management of teams.
* Capable of working in a multi-national and multi cultural team.
