I have a total of 6 years and 4 months worth of experience in the BPO industry. I have developed a strong will to make sure customer’s needs are met, and at the same time, keeping them happy while they do business with us. Also since our customers are Americans, I could communicate in English very well.

My skill includes servicing people over the telephone, providing updates via phone email. Im great with microsoft programs (e.g
excel, word, powerpoint ) as these are applications i worked with everyday. I have basic skills in online marketing,
SEO strategies, blogging, ZOHO CRM, content writing, calendar organization, wordpress , audio and video editing and other general tasks.
