Profile Description

I am a Contact Centre professional with strong experience in Telecommunications currently open for Support, Training and Consulting opportunities.
My recent roles have seen me in 2nd Tier Faults Management, Training Facilitation and Business Improvement for a Faults Contact Centre in New Zealand's second largest Telecommunications Provider.
My most recent notable project was the successful implementation of a new skill-set for a Contact Centre in New Zealand, being responsible for Training Design and Facilitation. Implementation meant the business unit was able to react to unprecedented call volumes caused by a successful marketing campaign.
My strengths in Communication, Technical Documentation, Process Development/Improvement, Change Implementation, Training Facilitation and Project Support would make me an asset especially inside a BPO environment. My experience across various roles enables me to take a holistic approach to identify opportunities within a business and provide solutions or initiatives to meet business objectives and improve efficiency.
In the last year I have branched out in to freelance writing including technical writing, SEO content, website content management, and copy writing. I have been involved in a number of successful online marketing strategies that have worked to increase client exposure and drive new business.
