I have been working in the Contact Center industry for more than 7 years already, mostly for US-based companies. The industry provided me the opportunity to enhance my English skills in both oral and written form. I have also started blogging, though I only have a few blog posts so far due to my work schedule. I also have some knowledge with MS word and could learn a whole lot more depending on what is needed for the task at hand. I have been looking for an opening to work for home-based companies, as i feel it introduces a whole new spectrum of challenges and a wide range of opportunities.
