I’ve been working for years as a lead generator, technical support/ customer service for AT&T Uverse, Comcast, Time Warner Business Class and as a NOC Engineer for Viewqwest Pte Ltd in Singapore. I have also been a real estate telemarketer for 4 years and I’ve managed to accumulate a great deal of experiences through it. I handle inbound/outbound calls and text messages to sellers. Collecting information about home situations like the basic understanding of lead timing and motivation and most especially qualifying the seller to see if they are interested in selling their property. I do set up appointments to meet with the investors as well. I can handle every task that can be thrown my way like managing schedules, handling emails, organizing necessities, doing research or follow up appointments at the very least. I can also handle other tasks like data entry, data mining, submit write-ups to online directories and post and answer comments on blogs and forums. I also handle SEO, admin tasks and server maintenance for some clients. I have been a Customer service and appointment setter for Creative Carpet Repair in California for 4 years and I can guarantee you that I have great knowledge with many tasks involving the web. Most recently, I was a customer support for Stuff Junk Removal, a junk removal company. I have a track record of achieving tangible results in my previous roles.
