Profile Description

I wholesale properties with a direct partner in St Louis for 2 years. We split earnings 50/50. I take care of Acquisition, he takes care of Disposition.

Before that, I’ve worked with a Real Estate Investor for more than 8 years. I’ve had experience with cold calling leads, follow up, and negotiating to get the prices where we need them to be. I have also trained Virtual Assistants and I still have my training materials if you need additional VA’s. I handle the seller’s side of things, I look for leads, call leads that come through the website and people that call in. I know how to qualify houses based on your preferences, negotiate and follow up until we have a contract. I’m a quick study and can start right away with the tasks that you need.
