As a Finance Office at AMA Computer College - Olongapo Campus i need to have knowledge in computerized accounting program, generally accepted accounting principles, preparation of financial reports,act as as office administration and have an understanding of relevant policies ans procedures in the company. By having knowledge in this position you should have also supervisor skills, team building, analytical and problem solving skills, effective verbal and listening communication skills, ability to communicate effectively in English language, computer skill including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing at a highly proficient level, stress management skills and time management skills. As Finance Officer of the company you must maintain strict confidentially in performing the duties to be honest, trustworthy, respectful,possess cultural awareness, sensitivity, flexible and demonstrate sound work ethics, by having these qualification your employer would be satisfied to you as a employee
