Profile Description

I’ve been in IT for 19 years and well-versed in a Service-oriented industry be it in mainframe or PC-based environment.I have 9 years of solid experience as Project Manager with various companies providing services/training based on the SDLC process, PMI standard and technical knowledge as well as CMMI standards. I’ve been involved in Projects development,
Management/Business/System Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance, testing, implementation in both mainframe and mid-range application systems;
Directs the specification, design, planning and implementation of the agreed set of project plans, work plans and activities; Establishes and maintains the standards of project management to improve quality of service delivery, reduce project costs, minimize and eliminate project overruns and improve client satisfaction.
