Profile Description

Since 2010, I started working in an IT firm as an IT Associate. Part of my responsibilities include
Software QA Testing and Data Migration where I had to work with MS Excel to manually extract data from the application to database . I'm quite handy in MS Excel and I
am also adept in using different tools like Crystal Report and Adobe Photoshop. I also have gained experience in Technical Writing through
preparation and creation of User/System Manuals for the project . As an Associate, I'm used to work closely with clients to accommodate
some additional functional specifications to the software project we were working on. I deal with them through calls and emails and make sure to assist them in their daily concerns like fixing errors and documenting them from time to time.
Currently this year, I work
as a Technical Writer in a financial company. Basically, what I do is to document the operational procedures for an IT
Batch Operations team . These documents serve as their guide on what steps to perform when
failed batch jobs are encountered in
a vast number of different applications relating to
investments. I use MS Word and
MS Visio in creating these documents . I am also knowledgeable in sharepoint where I upload the documents I created and make sure to cascade it to the team as their guide in operating effectively.
I always want to learn new things in my spare time . This is why I want to work online as my sideline because I want to keep myself busy and at the same time, earn an extra income with new learnings. I always work at my best and give my hundred percent in my work -hardworking, fast learner and most of all I
value integrity towards my work.
