Profile Description

I have little over three years of experience in the contact center industry here in the Philippines, specializing in customer service and technical support for US companies. I have excellent communication skills and can work my way well in the internet. I have a good understanding of MS Word and Excel.
I believe I can perform what is expected of me as an online English tutor because I can communicate well in English and I have the patience and skills in teaching. I enjoy reading books which helps enrich my vocabulary. I also write stories online which made me conscious of my grammar. My tenure in the contact center industry made me comfortable talking to foreign people and I've developed the skill to engage them in small which i think will be necessary as an English Tutor.
I'm confident as well that i can perform the tasks of a Virtual assistant or
Proofreader. As i have mentioned, I enjoy reading. My last job was a
phone banker and having to work for a financial institution I learned how to be attentive to details and be productive. I can also do research, if necessary. I can work independently and still deliver good results.
