Profile Description

I have always been a hard worker and dedicate myself to improving and learning, open to challenges, whatever the task may be.
I am a 4th Year Undergraduate from Saint Louis University, Baguio City Philippines, and took up a Bachelor of Science in Psychology until 2005.
In the early years of my BPO employment, I was a Technical Support Specialist - from DSL to Home Networking, to Yahoo Escalations.
From there, I have moved on to Customer Care - from handling student loans to credit cards to mortgage collections and banking.
I mostly took on phone support tasks.
In the later years, I moved on to email and chat support, with minimum phone tasks for retail services.
I eventually supervised and managed the back office team as a Team Lead apprentice, while having trained to serve as a backup when needed.
In 2019, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to work from home and became an Intake and Scheduler. I provided email, chat, and phone support in scheduling and coordinating therapy appointments.
The skills I have acquired from these great companies have given me the edge, confidence and above all, the attitude of giving top-notch customer service experience.
