Profile Description

I used to work as HR assistant at a mid-size agency (PACUBAS General Service Inc.) whose job is to provide other companies (clients) with personnel. Personnel from utility to a vast range of skilled workers. I conduct initial interviews before they are presented to the clients. As part of my job responsibilities, I also conduct
the company orientation, like setting and giving employees knowledge about company rules and regulations, office personnel and their differentiated tasks. I am also in charge of providing personnel who has gone AWOL coined as 'relievers' to the companies who have taken the damage. I worked for this company for 5 months.
For greener pasture, I decided to apply at a job in a BPO company (INNODATA Knowledge Services Inc.), although calls are not its major business, one of my daily task is to take in calls from production to verify with certain mistake in their quality of work. My job responsibilities varies a bit because of the nature of the books I was dealing with:
One, as Japanese Expert: my job was a mixture of checking and verifying Japanese texts encoded in .XHTML or .EPUB format from production before passing internal quality audit. I also answer calls or other inquiry regarding basic Japanese grammars, KANJI and KANA characters.
Another, As Quality Auditor, I audit books encoded from production in .XHTML or .EPUB format before releasing to clients. ranging from checking for grammatical errors, with cover to cover for special audits and sample size for regular audits.
And Lastly, As Quality Audit Verifier, I verify if books audited by a number of QA personnel are indeed errors as per standard of the Japanese Grammar, the company, and the client.
Unfortunately the account I was placed in was closed because Japanese Books (Japanese clients) became scarce. I worked in this company for 7 Months.
Lastly I worked as Japanese Instructor, for a University , simply i teach basic Japanese to HRM and Tourism students whose major dealings in the future might be conversing with Japanese nationals. i was able to teach for a whole year and a semester.
