My experience in the BPO industry for 3 years [as a CSR/TSR] has proved to be invaluable when I switched to internet marketing-related jobs some 3 years ago. I pride myself in delivering world-class service all the time and making sure that my clients get all the attention they need when I work on a project; be it about product launches, email and cart integration, website creation, and SEO among others.
Having both experiences in voice and non-voice interaction [phone, chat, and email], I always maintain professionalism and make sure the client is clearly informed and proper expectations are being met. I can get familiar with essential tools on short notice and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

I'm an artist by nature and a scientist by disposition. Learning new things and having the opportunity to create and build things are what motivate me to work in the internet marketing industry.

Here is a list of some of the things I can do:
- Client/Technical support - educating clients/customers about a product/s and resolving any issues they bring up.
- General project management involving client interaction and coordinating with team members. Drafting and tracking timelines, setting up schedules, distributing tasks and sending reports.
- Generate reports from SEO tools like Google analytics/webmasters, Moz, etc.. then derive recommendations from those reports.
- I can do simple photo manipulation and simple web page designs using photoshop.
- I'm also familiar with WP backend and I can do simple tasks like creating posts/pages, changing fonts, CSS manipulation and adding links/images, etc..
- Content writng is not really my specialty, but I can do research for keywords for the content writers.
