As a customer service representative I make sure that every time I attend to my customer
concerns and needs I'm always prepared to any unexpected things such as irate, pessimistic, sarcastic and fraud. In a way that i do have presence of mind and promotes satisfaction. Being jolly and positive on my thoughts, professionalism are my foundation.
Basically, I do what I need to do with passion and always put myself on my customers situation, so I could easily understand where they are coming from and figure out proper solutions; to be fair to my company as well.
