• Managed 40 Sales Executive, 5 Compliance Officer, 2 Business Development Officer, 12 Sales Coordinator, 68 Production Staff, 8 Machine Operators, 8 Creative Specialist, 26 Events Specialist and 14 Implementation Officers
• Reports Directly to the CEO/President of the company
• Design and implement programs and processes to deliver operational effectiveness targets.
• Ensure that all operation members have taken the prescribed security awareness training
• Directs Responsibility for facilitating the workflow and identifying process improvement opportunities
• Identifies and resolves problems and inconsistencies, determining appropriate corrective procedures
• Communicates and coordinates policies, practices, and procedures with the company Board of Directors
• Serves as resource for complex issues within the company and between the company and its client

Provides leadership and creative problem solving
• Ensures delivery of quality services and nurtures positive employee/client relationship
• Ensures delivery of the services (TV Commercials, LED, Radio Ads, Billboards, Transit Ads and all other collaterals) are based on the City Government and Adboard compliance
• Ensure that all Company Talents/Celebrity for it’s endorsements comply with company protocols
• Planning, Assigning, and directing work to designated divisions
• Performs probationary and annual performance reviews establishing goals and benchmarks for subordinates
• Coordinates and assist in recruitment efforts, interviewing applicants, making hiring recommendations up to training employees
• Addressing complaints in a timely manner and resolving problems/issues promptly between the company and it’s client
• Ensure that contracts and documentations by the company and it’s client are being adhered properly
• Attends International Convention as requested by the Board of Directors
• Maintain and Exceed the Sales Target set by the Board of Directors in a Quarterly and Yearly Basis
• Ensure that all accreditation, permits and certification are being handled for bidding and annual awards purposes.
