Profile Description
I started working in the call center industry in 2003. I have both skills in handling outbound and inbound calls. I have experience in customer service and know how to profile each customer to provide the best customer experience in which they will tend to tell their friends and relatives about it. I love talking to people from different walks of life. I consider each call not as a number but as a friend who calls in and asks for help. I think out of the box and provide options to every concern of each customer I talk to. Making them feel valued will allow them to remember that experience and the most important thing is to provide first call resolution.
Prior to my work in the call center, I was a data encoder and administrative assistant. I have a typing speed of 48 wpm. I can work with minimal supervision and deliver what is expected of me. I see this online job as long term for me. I highly appreciate any client who would hire and trust me to do the job.
I am a part-time ESL tutor to Chinese students because I love teaching. However, I still want to do the job that requires the skills that I have learned in a BPO company.
