Profile Description
As a Team Coordinator, I monitor the billable work hours of the staff assigned in different departments, (Creative Design, Production and Web Development). I make sure that everything is within the scope of the contract signed by the client. I work hand-in-hand with the Accounts Manager, as well as the Managing Director in providing deliverable.
I communicate with the clients through email, and make sure that every concern is well attended and that we can deliver the task at hand on time.
