? Provide support for All IBM & Dell Desktops / Laptops, Printers (Canon, Fuji Xerox, Ubix and HP Printer), Scanners and Network Switches.
? Provide daily maintenance of Servers and Network connections of all users and Software problem such as Microsoft Office.
? Supports software installation and other software troubleshooting.
• Perform network troubleshooting limited only between the computer and the wall port.
o Ping and trace
o Troubleshooting to identify if the problem is NIC, cable or wallport
o Troubleshooting to identity if the problem is Wireless NIC or Wireless Router/Wireless Access Point
o Perform resolution required for identified NIC problems
o Perform patch cable replacement based on availability of network cables
