o Troubleshooting to identify if the problem is NIC, cable or wallport
o Troubleshooting to identity if the problem is Wireless NIC or Wireless Router/Wireless Access Point
o Perform resolution required for identified NIC problems
o Perform patch cable replacement based on availability of network cables
