Profile Description

i spent working at BPO centers for almost 11 years. I worked as a Supervisor, assigned for both Inbound and Outbound accounts. I was exposed to different kind of personalities of people. Handling people is never easy, you have to get to know each one of them so you will know what kind of approach you need to do. One of the challenging role is motivating them, but it is really an accomplishment when you see them succeed.
Working in a call center has taught me a lot, in terms of leadership, documentations by doing a lot of reports using the excel, word and powerpoint. I learned to communicate with different types of people in the industry. I learned to appreciate things and people around me.
