I am also an experienced inbound CSR, billing, cable repair and sales call center agent. I worked at Transcom Worldwide Phil. as a customer service, billing, cable repair and sales representative for Comcast and at VXI Global Solutions with the same job description for AT&T U-verse. I know how it works for all the job category like when making a sale on how to overcome objection and get that "yes" from a customer.
