I've been working in a call center for more than 3 years. And one year of my working experience has been impart as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) calling residences and businesses to offer services in different fields:
- Call services for landlines
- Upgrades cable and Internet services
- Updates accounts for loans
- Online listing for businesses
- Calling out Talents to fill-in a project for film, TV, Ad's, and etc.
And as I was promoted for an upper position, the rest of my years had been tasked as a Quality Assurance Officer and assigned for multi-accounts:
- Listening to calls and provide inputs with call handling and performance
- Establish Campaign's parameters and performance goals
- Update script libraries for each campaign
- Hold calibration sessions on daily basis
With that span of time, I was able to inquire experiences that both added and honed my skills specifically in the fields of customer service and quality checking. Furthermore, I am looking for a long-term job where I can definetly impart my knowledge to work and build with you in your business.
