Profile Description

I have been a VA for more than three years. Before I decided to work at home, I have worked as a Technical and Customer Support Representative with AT&T Uverse for a year, and then I was promoted to a Supervisor due to my performance. I have also worked under AT&T U-verse blue sales and billing. When I decided to work at home, I started with BSMART Australia. I was a Personal Assistant. My responsibilities include SEO optimization, calendar management, email management and other administrative tasks. Some of the tools that I have used are Trello, Hootsuite, and Wordpress.
I have also worked as a part-time Administrative Assistant for ZonSquad LLC. ZonSquad is a pre-eminent authority in launching and growing a brand. My duties are managing social media, onboarding new members to our system, managing payments, updating the member sheets, transcribing and editing webinar videos and more. Some of the tools that I have used to perform my duties are Clickfunnels, Active Campaign, Wordpress, Slack, Hootsuite, Crowdfire, Buffer, Stripe, and Webinarjam.
