I have been in the BPO industry for around 6 years now and I am currently working as a Porting Specialist from one of the reputable firm in the Industry which is Teletech for a certain service provider based in the US. For the first two years I was trained to do a lot of online research jobs - and that includes Bid Posting, Online Marketing, Scraping and providing leads to our Voice accounts, Profile making for a certain website and business transcription. After which I have ventured into selling online. Had this outbound account which sells variety of products like perfumes, whiskeys, cigarettes - and for two years of being a Customer Sales Representative - I was awarded as an "Employee of the Year" ( year 2011 ) and also "Agent of the Year" ( year 2012 ).
