Profile Description

I am a flexible person who is amenable with different careers.
I taught English (ESL and IELTS) in Korean Academies. I became a trainee of a bank and dealt with property appraisal and loan collections.
Finally, for five years, I existed in the world of Real Estate in Baguio City as Sales Coordinator and Marketing Assistant.
My passion of teaching and learning encouraged me to teach English after my studies.
Korean children, with their
freshness towards English, guided me to be more patient and understanding. When I took a leave in Real Estate, I took the IELTS review through Toni Vanilli Enterprises.
Then, worked as a teacher or reviewer of Korean adults who want to work or study abroad.
My specialization is Reading.
Understanding facts, defining terms and vocabularies, and non stop learning are the gems i attained during those days.
As a trainee in a bank, i have to do the all around job.
Collecting loans from different areas of La Trinidad and Baguio, property appraisal and marketing the services of the company were the roles i had to accomplish.
I stayed with the bank for just a few months.
Definitely, this experience enhanced my ability in terms of calculation, marketing, transacting with clients, and the confidence of stating my opinion of value.
With the knowledge and confidence i gained during my previous work, i finally acquired my confidence and continued my work in the well known real estate company
in Baguio City.
Marketing Assistant was my first job and i became the Sales Coordinator recently.
Brokerage is a very challenging business which takes a lot of effort before completing a sale.
Appraisal is another service that we have in the company that i solely excel.
I took my Brokerage board exam in the year 2011 and fortunately pass it.
The licensure exam as an appraiser was also completed last year.
With the license that i have, these boosted me to do better and beyond the roles that i had in the company.
Perhaps, even holidays and weekends, i take the chance to sort my files, visit some clients and do the inspections.
My marketing and sales knowledge and experience is turning me out to be an expert in the field.
All of the items i mentioned, one thing definitely help me out to attain them- my attitude.
Behavior and attitude are the basics to achieve the goals.
Personality enhancement, knowledge embracement, and an articulate brain are visible with the proper morale and attitude that we have within.
