I am working in an outsourcing /IT consulting firm and focuses on SAP BASIS capability. I was trained for SAP Production Planning and Production Lifecycle Management before I became a SAP BASIS person.
My job is to ensure that all systems for the project that we are supporting for should always be up and operating not just as expected but in a total good performance. As we our handling one of the confidential and critical area in a business which is Human Resources, of course the employees and the finances depends on the system, and the system counts on the technical support folks that are responsible in maintaining them, thus we have to be technically skilled and knows how to communicate well with all types of races globally.
I will not be giving or detailing what exactly my roles are in the project. When you search for SAP BASIS Administrator, then that shows how and what we are doing. But it also depends on the capability of the project if they are aiming for a hard core technical support or not.
I'm an Information Technology graduate at University of the East Caloocan. I've been working for 3 years in the said firm till present time. If you would ask me how was my college experience? Well, challenging but rocks. When we say IT, we always imagine of computers, networks, software, system, web, multimedia, programming, graphics.. so on and so forth. But there are lots of terminologies in the IT world. If you'd ask me which part will I focus myself more if I'd be given more time to study and work with, it would be software testing or could be on the databases. Not to overrate my self but, I'm an organize type of student before so till now I took that personality in me that in one thing that I'm doing, I should've give my 100%. If not my 100%, then at least I have to make sure that it's good, with quality. With that, I could also be in software process management.. anything about documentations, visual aids, presentations I could work on that.
I'm fond of taking pictures, aside from selfie shots, I love landscapes.. nature. Planning to have my own SLR soon so I could make use of it to train my self and enhance my skills. I love editing. I like to express my creativity in giving effects to those snapshots or great images of others.
I want to blog capturing my experiences when travelling. But due to my hectic schedule at work, wasn't able to manage my time to travel and spare time to post my blogs. In line with this, I wanna be a writer, too. If only I could have more time to think of subjects, then I could write anything about it but of course with inspiration.
I could do some clerical stuffs too. Anything that could be managed by computers and microsoft office will do.
