Profile Description

A month after my graduation, there was an urgent hiring of Accounting Staffs in a newly built dialysis center in Bacolod City, they also have branches in Manila and Iloilo. I grabbed the opportunity for me to earn and help my family's finances.
I started as encoder of the center's daily transactions of the three dialysis centers (Manila, Iloilo, Bacolod), gathering reports and encoding it to Quickbooks. Transactions like treatment fees, medical supplies used during the treatment, patients' payments, etc. Monitoring the patients' balances and the terms of payments were also my job. Also, the liquidating of petty cash fund (report vs actual receipts). As I master my daily assignments, my boss added monitoring the accounts receivables and received payments from HMOs like PhilHealth, PCSO and Intellicare. The company's income was assigned to me. Every 7th day of the month was the month-end reporting with the Finance Controller and the Country Manager.
