I have an experience in managerial position, as the one in charge in the mall I developed my interpersonal skills in dealing with different kinds of people, handle complaints, being a team leader, maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire mall, facilitate and supervise the tenants, markets the available space for rent of the mall, directly talked and deal with the tenants handle both tenants queries and concerns. Processes monthly report through thr use of basic Microsoft Office such as MS Word, and MS Excel, aside from that I also had an idea about other MS Offices such as MS Access and MS Powerpoint. As a Mall Lease-Marketing Operations Officer, I learned how to manage the mall and maintain its orderliness through proper and constant communication and regularly keeping in touch with the tenants and the people concerned.
