The first advantage is my administrative skills which built my enthusiasm to practice and master it with excellence for many Upgrade to see actual info all started when I joined the Work Study Program at the university where I graduated to support my schooling. Part of the program was extensive training on bringing out and improving my innate abilities combined with clerical skills for a more remarkable outcome. I was assigned to the University's Administration Building under the Credit and Collection Manager. My task includes maintaining an alphabetical filing system, accounting job, validating registration forms, preparing statements of accounts, distributing mail, and routed telephone skills.

During my last year in college, my internship opportunities gave me more chances to enhance my skills to a greater level. I worked with two placement agencies. I was assigned to one of my city's Maritime Universities and BPO Companies. I assisted in all administrative duties given by the HR/Guidance office. Encoding, filing, helping administer Psych Testing, and observing counseling sessions were only some of the many tasks assigned to me.

My years of experience working with people overseas is another edge that would greatly help you and your group. I began handling accounts and dealing with people overseas when I joined the BPO Industry. I worked with two call centers (office-based setup). I was then a Customer Account Executive or Customer Service Associate. Underwent product training and learned about specific systems and excellent customer service, sales, troubleshooting, inbound/outbound calls, billing explanation, and setting appointments.
Moreover, learning how to multitask was a considerable part of surviving the fast-paced environment at work. Respecting the client's time is a must. Attentiveness, focus, and the need to meet customers' expectations and address their concerns accurately, appropriately, and timely are crucial in providing excellent customer service and winning customers' trust.
Little did I know that all the opportunities, experiences, and training I had further prepared me to become an effective virtual assistant. I'm so grateful I had a chance to work with great people and companies. 

I started working the year in 2013 remotely. I was hired as a Medical Scanner in one of the Medical Groups in Canada and as a Finance Person at one of the dental clinics in Florida, USA - same employer.

My next online job was with Bentley Properties WA, USA as a Virtual Assistant, Inside Sales Coordinator, Client Database Management, Lead Generation and Prospecting, inbound/outbound calls, appointment setting, email, and mobile marketing, and conducted interviews with new applicants, and all other administrative tasks.

I'm working with SSHT at Keller Williams Realty Partners — my second Real Estate job. My employer is from Illinois. I got hired in February 2016 as a Transaction Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. Specific tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: processing, real estate contracts/papers using Keller Williams tools —, and Contact Management (client databases). Create/develop lead generation systems — research effective lead generation follow-up techniques. Help improve SEO capability and ranking for the team. Handle different types of calls. I was managing calendars and reminders: and scheduling meetings and appointments. Facilitate meetings. Prepare reports and manage trackers. Handle and manage the hiring process. Provide exams and conduct interviews with applicants. Email and mobile marketing. Maintain communication with the team, clients, customers, other agents, and service providers throughout the transaction process. Execute follow-up/qualification systems to verify each new account. Relish the opportunity to improve, implement and manage multiple systems and all other administrative duties that I will later share with you through my resume.

I'm goal-oriented, driven, motivated, have a can-do attitude, reliable, a team player, and optimistic. I'm very flexible if the need arises. I'm patient in dealing with possible work situations, sometimes causing difficulties and stress. I have a happy disposition about work and in general.

Fourth - I'm very passionate and ready to sink myself into new learnings and opportunities this job can impart to me. I am willing to embrace this new career if ever hired ultimately. I want to understand and help people; it has always been my dream.
