awards; Authorizes and sign purchase orders , process purchase orders and travel request, review forms for completeness, accuracy and risk management; Verifies available funds and appropriateness of budget; Monitors cost against the budget before it is being committed. The first step is the budget which is summarizing the estimate in different task like service charge, tax and overhead; Ability to project sales and revenue.
