Profile Description
- Support new clients in creating accounts in the company’s database (Salesforce and Floorforce)
- Manage the assignments of new clients within the control center, and the assignment of
products to each client’s catalog.
- Update and maintain products in the catalogs with existing clients, and collaborate
closely with the Account Management team when edits are needed.
- Create private labels and help with data feed on behalf of IT.
- Develop data feeds for new products to be imported to internal system for large
manufacturing clients, and obtain images for catalogs.
- Keep products up-to-date and maintain company’s database.
- Submit tickets for discontinued products to be removed from internal database.
