• Prioritize answering of calls concerning service inquiry, booking, accommodating destination pick-up, tracking status of shipment, acknowledge request and resolve customer’s complaint.
• Attends to inquiry calls. Explains to client services such as rates, transit time, acceptability of items and other service customer requirements.
• Converts first time shipper and potential clients to sales leads and endorse to telemarketing / Sales Department.
• Conducts first level tracing for confirmation of shipments delivery details. Entertains inquires for problematic, missing or undelivered shipments.
• Accommodates client's complaints regarding pick-up and other services failures such as client's special pick-up requests. Works out problematic shipments and coordinates with field operations matter related to hold retrieval of shipments.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Provide assistance to customer query related to Passport, Visa Stamping and authentication process (DFA, UAE and Qatar Embassy).
• Submit Quality Service Report (QSR) for all accounts on time.
• Decision making and escalate instruction to subordinates.
• Exceptional Listener and Communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
