Profile Description

I am a graduate with bachelors degree in Computer Engineering.
I'd been working as a technical support after I graduated last 2010.
I'd been into 4 different companies since then and all I do is related to computers and helping customer's with their technical issues.
My previous employer was Sykes Incorporated and my Job was to help AT&T customers with their services like High Speed Internet; voice over IP; and cable service.
I stayed with Sykes for almost 2 years and then I resigned and look for another Job.
I am currently connected with Convergys Corporation at this moment with a profile as a level 2 technical support for their client.
I really love working with technical stuffs and learn from them.
I am also currently enrolled in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA - Module 2) and Computer Hardware Servicing here in Cebu City, Philippines.
I also have a deep interest in programming and just started using arduino for myself.
I really like to do more things; learn new cool techniques; and be enhanced in this chosen field.
