Profile Description

As a communications trainer, I facilitated modules and supplementary activities to develop the new hires' communication skills and customer service skills before endorsing them to our partner clients.
As a training developer, I created standardized training materials for the comms team and partner clients. I conducted training needs analysis to help me design and develop the lessons needed. I also created SOPs for the admin tasks of the team.
As a training supervisor, I conducted T3 sessions for trainers to onboard them and update them on curriculum and SOP changes. I was also tasked to handle a team of trainers who conducted final assessments for CSR applicants. I worked closely with the recruitment team as well to make sure that the applicants' interview process goes smoothly.
As an executive assistant, I worked with a team of angel investors to help them with their day to day tasks. I managed their emails, calendar, linkedin accounts and documents. I also helped in managing bookings for flights, hotels, etc.
