For the past 12 years I have worked for the call center industry, where I started off as an agent and earned my way through becoming a Trainer, a Team Leader and now an Account Manager. I have learned to run activities for the trainees and agents in good call handling, scheduling tasks, meetings, and performing the day-to-day duties of a Team Leader. As I have matured into the role as an Account Manager, I have learned to analyze data and manage partner centers.
