- Reimburse sickness and maternity benefits to SSS
- Online uploading of SSS loan and contribution remittance
- Monitors posting of monthly loan and contribution of SSS, HDMF
- Requesting of employees SSS / HDMF contribution and loan balance
- Processing of HDMF Loan application
- Update employees’ records in SSS, HDMF, PHILHEALTH and BIR
- Processing of PHIHEALTH / TIN CARD ID
- Processing of PHILHEALTH Certificate/MDR/Claim Form 1
- PRS & RFP preparation
- Transmit and pick up new hired employees ATM Card
- Prepare and safekeeping of employees 201 files
- Processing of Quitclaim for Car plan
- Record and consolidate car plan summary of receipts of executive employees
- Process bereavement assistance for regular employees
- Enroll newly regularized employees to HMO
- Enroll newly hired employees to Group Life Insurance
- Prepare yearly cost study of HMO and Group Life Insurance before renewal

- Record and monitor executives enhance medical benefit
- Conduct exams of applicants
- Endorse and schedule applicants for interview with the client
- Process contracts and company ID of the newly hired employee
- Conduct company orientation to newly hired employees
- Make monthly notice of expiration of contract for the client
- Make notice of end contract for employees
- Make acceptance of resignation for resigned employees
