I used to work as a Customer Service Representative. I have gained a lot of experience when it comes to Customer Service. I used to work for a telecom account and I should say that I have learned a lot on how to probe, how to position the product and go straight to up-selling.
Being in the Sales Industry is quite hard and very challenging. But if you have guts, determination and dedication to your job, It would be just as easy as one two three.
